APPOINTMENTS

Patients are seen by appointment only.  Appointments may be made by calling 734-6676.  In most cases, patients can be scheduled within the week.  In case of emergency, every effort will be made to provide you with an appointment with 24 hours.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance so we may schedule another patient in your place.  There is a $25.00 charge for a missed appointment or an appointment canceled with less that 24-hour notice.  Leave a message on the answering machine to avoid this charge.  Your insurance company will not pay this charge.
